Hi C9 Members + Friends!

We’re in the last month of summer, and I hope everyone has had the chance to go on some enjoyable outdoor adventures. The Coalition9 Community had an amazing C9 Well Walk + Talk event at the Westwood Hills Nature Center at the end of July. It was so energizing to be outside building relationships in nature.

We’ll be getting more time outside with the C9 Community–this time at the ballpark. Our C9 Summer Social at CHS Field is next week, and the C9 Team and I couldn’t be more excited! Registration closes today at noon, so C9 Members, make sure to sign up if you haven’t yet. Those registered can expect a ticket confirmation email by the end of the week.

The C9 Gives Foundation is partnering with Junior Achievement for their BizTown event on October 29, 2025. We’re looking for 20 volunteers to get involved—it’s a great way to give back and help shape the next generation of leaders. Learn more and sign up below.

Member and Community Supporter Mike Jones passed a milestone in his business coaching practice and has attained the designation of Certified EOS® Implementer. September C9 Well Event - Positive Intelligence

This 90-minute wellness-focused session introduces the Positive Intelligence framework to help participants identify and understand the mental patterns that sabotage performance and fulfillment. Blending the Saboteur self-assessment with co-active learning, participants will uncover the internal thought habits that limit growth. Using Positive Intelligence tools and strategies, the session guides leaders through a powerful shift from the inner Saboteurs that derail us to the inner Sage that empowers us, fostering healthier, more effective leadership.

July C9 Well Event Recap

Our July Walk + Talk brought together Coalition9 Members to explore the Westwood Hills Nature Center in St. Louis Park while sneaking in some light exercise and getting to know other C9 Members.

We managed to get a beautiful morning, and everyone enjoyed getting together to build relationships and put some miles on their walking shoes.👟

C9 Gives Foundation Volunteer Opportunity: JA BizTown

Want to make an impact on the next generation of business leaders and our ecosystem in just one day?

The C9 Gives Foundation is looking for 20 volunteers to join us at JA BizTown on October 29, 2025, from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM at 1745 University Ave W, St. Paul, MN 55104.

You’ll help middle school students (ages 10–13) take on the challenge of running a simulated city, managing businesses, making financial decisions, and learning real-world skills in a hands-on environment. No teaching experience needed; training and support are provided by Junior Achievement USA staff.

This is an incredible opportunity to give back, share your insights, and help shape the next generation of leaders.
