Important Notes
Our Store Partner
We have partnered with C9 Community Supporter Innovative Office Solutions on the store. They will be fulfilling all orders. Charges for purchases will show on your statement as “Innovative Office Solutions.”
Order Returns
Decorated items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the item is defective (i.e.; rip/hole in product or if Innovative ordered you the incorrect size based on the item that was originally ordered by you). If either of these are the case, you have 10 days from the date of delivery to review your product for defects and request a return or exchange – please email the Innovative team HERE.
All clothing items have a size chart that you can use to determine your size.
