Coalition9 Community News - March 2026

Founder Message

Hi C9 Community + Friends!

March in Minnesota—you never quite know what you're going to get! While Mother Nature keeps us guessing with her mix of snow and rain this week, I'm choosing to focus on the energy and momentum building within the C9 Community. Spring is just around the corner, and so are some exciting opportunities.

Speaking of fresh energy—if you've been thinking about joining Coalition9, now is the perfect time! We're welcoming new Members who are ready to experience the power of peer advisory and authentic relationship building. Whether you're an established leader or navigating the next stage of your professional journey, C9 can support your growth. Reach out to learn more!

Mark your calendars for our March C9 SPARK event: an Improv Workshop for Agility + Listening on March 19th. This is going to be an engaging, interactive experience that will sharpen your ability to think on your feet and truly listen—skills that translate directly into stronger leadership and better business outcomes. Don't miss this opportunity to stretch yourself in a fun, supportive environment! Registration closes March 16th, so be sure to sign up soon. Details about registration are below.

Looking ahead to April, we're hosting a Breakfast Pop-In + C9 Gives Foundation update at Tradition Capital Bank on April 29th. This will be a wonderful chance to connect over breakfast and hear exciting updates about the charitable arm of Coalition9. More details coming soon, but save the date now!

Our Members continue to inspire me every day. The growth, collaboration, and generosity within the C9 Community is what makes this so meaningful. We believe All Ships Rise—and as the tide of our community continues to rise, so do our Members. I'm grateful to be sailing alongside each of you.

Here's to spring, growth, and the power of connection!

Cheers,

Aaron Eggert
Coalition9 Founder + CVO

Ready to learn to think faster, listen deeper, lead with confidence, and have fun while doing it?

Join the C9 Community and expert improv comedians from The Radical Agreement Project for a hands-on workshop that strengthens your ability to stay present—even when life gets unpredictable.

During this session, you'll explore simple (and hilarious) improv games focused on active listening, nonverbal communication, thinking on your feet, and more. These exercises will help you become more agile in conversations, team dynamics, and those unexpected situations that require quick thinking.

Don't worry—there won't be any stage performances in front of a live audience. Just bring your creativity, energy, and sense of humor, because this is going to get silly in the best possible way.

Limited to 75 attendees. Preregistration is required.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Monday, March 16, 2026 at 5:00 PM

February Event Recap - C9 Well: Pickleball + Courtside Connections

On February 18th, the C9 Community gathered at Pure Pickleball Club for an afternoon of relationship building and friendly competition. Sometimes the best connections happen organically—no strict structure needed, just good people and a shared experience.

From beginners learning the basics to those with a bit more skill under their belts, everyone embraced the opportunity to try something new and connect on the court. Thank you to everyone who attended and braved the unanticipated elements on the way home (Where did you come from, snowstorm?)—your enthusiasm made the day unforgettable.

The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, and we're already planning to play again this summer!

Check out some pics of the action! 📸

We're so grateful to our Event Partner, iSpace Environments, and our C9 Well Event Series Partner, EOS Certified Implementer Mike Jones. And thanks to Pure Pickleball Club for hosting us.

Here's to more opportunities to connect + grow together!
