C9 Community Appreciation Event at LuceLine Orchard

This event is the true essence of community—we're so excited to bring everyone together at this much-loved Minnesota orchard.

Event Schedule

*11:15 AM: C9 Community Hayride - Start lining up at the hayride entrance at 11:15 AM for a 11:30 AM departure.

Otherwise, there’s no set agenda—enjoy the orchard! C9 reserved this space and is providing food + beverage vouchers and kids’ activity tickets as a token of appreciation to our Members and supporters.

The C9 Team will be leaving at 2:00 PM, but feel free to stay until close!

LuceLine Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Preregistration is required and is exclusive to Coalition9 Members, 2026 Community Supporters, 2026 Event Partners + Supporters, and their guests + families. Interested in becoming a Member? Apply here.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Wednesday, October 7, 2026 at 5:00 PM

Please provide names for each individual attending and if they are an adult or child on the registration form.

Include a cell number for someone in your party so we can send you our pre- and post-event check-in from Cece, C9's Community Connector. Please put zeros in the phone number field for minors and guests without mobile numbers.

If your availability changes and you can't attend the event, please email Emily Anderson, C9 Experience Coordinator, at emily@coalition9.com no later than Tuesday, October 6, 2026 by 12:00 PM.
